Need more accountability than what you're holding yourself to? We will work together in person to take the best approach in helping you reach your fitness goals. We will work through the movements together every step of the way. This membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients. Please see the two different billing options and pricing in the "Plan Includes" section.

Plan Includes

  • 1-on-1 In person training.

  • Monthly Subscription: (4)- 1 hr sessions priced at $75/hr -OR- Weekly subscription: (1)- 1 hr session priced at $80/hr

  • Personalized fitness plan with video demonstrations & instructions for easy use while you are not with me.

  • Personalized meal plan revised weekly.

  • Regular plan updates based on your weekly progress.

  • (1) 30 minute video/phone call to check in on progress and mindset.

  • Weekly Check-ins.

  • 24/7 text communication.

How it works

  • Purchase the plan.
  • Complete the onboarding questionnaire after logging into the app.
  • Your personalized schedule is made available in the app in 24-48 hrs.
  • Meet with me at a decided training location on the days/times we are scheduled for.
  • Follow the workouts given to you to complete when we are not training together,log nutrition and other metrics.
  • Connect with me in case of any queries via in-app chat or scheduled video calls.
